\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quality Improvement of Insights\u2019 business development & marketing material i.e. teasers, flyers, blogs, and articles.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Execution to Achieve Set Targets<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Analyze competitive industry, and financial conditions of peer companies, evaluate business plans & financial statements, and build financial models.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in business valuations, impairment testing, purchase price allocation, fairness opinions, sale purchase agreements, financial due diligence, feasibility studies, business plans (information memorandum), investor pitch, IPO Advisory, and infrastructure – Real Estate\/Construction & PPP projects.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Knowledge \/ Skills<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per a given situation.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proactive and self-starter with the ability and desire to improve effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Experience<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum three years\u2019 experience within an advisory firm. (Big 4 preferred)<\/p>\n
