{"id":23742,"date":"2023-10-18T13:10:30","date_gmt":"2023-10-18T13:10:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/insights-advisory.com\/ksa\/associate-consultant-copy-copy-copy-copy-copy-copy-copy\/"},"modified":"2025-03-24T14:40:07","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T09:40:07","slug":"associate-consultant-copy-copy-copy-copy-copy-copy-copy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/insights-advisory.com\/ksa\/senior-associate-corporate-finance\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Associate Corporate Finance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> Senior Associate \u2013 Corporate Finance &amp; Deal Advisory<\/p>\n<p><strong>Department: <\/strong>Corporate Finance &amp; Deal Advisory<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Purpose:<\/strong> Accountable and responsible for all the tasks and assignments delegated under the ambit of \u201cCorporate Finance &amp; Deal Advisory\u201d practice at Insights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the team in the preparation of technical &amp; financial proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Improvement of the Insights\u2019 business development &amp; marketing material.<\/li>\n<li>Core Execution and Close of Engagement<\/li>\n<li>Analyze competitive industry, financial conditions of peer companies, evaluate business plans and financial statements, and build financial models<\/li>\n<li>Undertake Market Study and desktop research tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in business valuations, mergers &amp; acquisitions, purchase price allocations, business plans, investment pitch, feasibility studies, financial restructuring, bid evaluation, financial due diligence and infrastructure advisory.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong technical competencies (including competency in report writing and presentation delivery) in the core areas of Deal Advisory areas and ensure that any work delivered is of high standard<\/li>\n<li>Undertake smaller assignments or assist on larger assignments reporting to a manager, senior manager, or a partner.<\/li>\n<li>Liasing with other service lines of Insights including, but not limited to, Real Estate, Tax and other Services.<\/li>\n<li>Learning and Development<\/li>\n<li>Actively develop, mentor and coach team members<\/li>\n<li>Working in a dynamic team environment on various projects across different sectors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge \/ Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and self-starter with ability and desire to improve effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education \/ Certifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or others.<\/li>\n<li>CA\/ACCA qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relevant Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum three years\u2019 experience within the advisory practice (Big 4 or Investment Banking preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Package<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Market competitive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Senior Associate \u2013 Corporate Finance &amp; Deal Advisory Department: Corporate Finance &amp; Deal Advisory Role Purpose: Accountable and responsible for all the tasks and assignments delegated under the ambit of \u201cCorporate Finance &amp; Deal Advisory\u201d practice at Insights.
