Continuously build the \u201cInsights\u201d brand in the market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and developing a Business Strategy Plan to Increase the market share, New Product line Revenue, Increase share of wallet, and Territorial expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Planning to Improve Client\u2019s Results<\/li>\n<li>Develop a good understanding of the offered services (product knowledge)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accounts Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Developing a complete understanding of key account needs<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for building clients\u2019 portfolios for recurring business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Improve the organization\u2019s reputation in the market by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for clearance of receivables pertaining to won clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Opportunity Assessment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Identify C-level decision makers at targeted clients and approach them as per Business Plan<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify the targeted segment for Insights services and evaluate them as per their expected potential<\/li>\n<li>Identification of business opportunities by searching relevant industries, market databases &amp; other sources of information and locating business deals from potential clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Execution to Achieve Set Revenue Targets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prepare a Daily field plan by considering Insights\u2019 services segments and Saudi Arabia\u2019s market and targeted clients and achieve minimum daily visits as per SOPs<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continually develop the \u201cInsights\u201d brand and build increasing awareness in the marketplace<\/li>\n<li>Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating proposals<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a good understanding of client business segments and of solutions proposed by the competition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regularly share daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to BD activities containing revenue target achieved, mature business deals, new leads, high-value prospects, and follow-ups<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Should be a good team player in order to achieve set targets and goals<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JOB SPECIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability to meet revenue targets and assigned tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aptitude in networking and building relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience and competence in CRM application.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and inter-personnel skills for interacting with C-level executives of clients<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Arabic (is a plus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education \/ Certifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, sales, or relevant field.
